From choosing your stationery to seeing it arrive at your door, we make the process simple and easy to follow.
01 — CHOOSE YOUR COLLECTION
Find the style that feels like you. Explore our collections and find a starting point that suits your day. Each collection is designed to give you a cohesive foundation, which you can then personalise to make it your own.
02 — MAKE YOUR ORDER
Select the pieces you need and book your stationery through the website. If you're not quite ready to finalise your suite, you can secure your booking with a deposit, then finalise your items with us as you go.
03 — YOUR PORTAL OPENS
Once your booking is secured, your personal Paper Darling Portal becomes your home for the stationery process. This is where you'll share your wedding details, confirm your stationery, make your selections and keep track of what's happening next.
04 — MAKE IT YOURS
Once your Portal is open, you’ll be guided through choosing your colours, fonts, shapes and wording. You can customise the details of each piece to create a suite that feels entirely your own.
05 — Design Begins
Your design process begins 6–8 weeks before your wedding date. Once we have everything we need from you, our design team brings your selections and details together into your proofs.
06 — REFINE & APPROVE
Review your proofs through your Portal and let us know what you'd like to change. Two rounds of refinements are included, giving you the opportunity to fine-tune the details before everything is approved for print.
07 — WE PRINT & DELIVER
We take care of the rest. Once everything is approved, we'll send your stationery into production and take care of the finishing touches before it makes its way to you.
